SaleemLabs is an independent studio that builds modern software products. We take privacy seriously, collect as little data as we need to operate, and don't sell or share personal information with third parties.
Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us — typically when you fill out an inquiry form, book a call, or email us. This may include:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone, company)
- Project information you share with us during scoping
- Messages and correspondence you send us
- If you become a client — billing details such as your business name, contact information, and invoice history
We also process a small amount of technical data automatically: IP addresses are used transiently to rate-limit our inquiry form and prevent abuse, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We don't use this data to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies & tracking
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. The only cookie on this site is an essential session cookie that authenticates our own staff area — it is never set for regular visitors browsing the site.
How we use it
We use the information you share with us to:
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate project conversations
- Send you proposals, contracts, and project updates
- Provide and improve our services
- Comply with legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed to perform their service:
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides the secure storage where business records live
- Brevo — delivers inquiry notifications to our inbox when you submit the contact form
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and business records are kept in access-controlled, private cloud storage. We follow a least-data principle: we don't collect what we don't need, and we limit access to what we do collect.
Data retention
We keep project-related information only as long as it remains relevant for the engagement and any reasonable follow-up. Billing records for client engagements are retained as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@saleemlabs.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above.
